No worries — we've got you covered. All of our facials are booked for the same length of time, so you can book any facial and we can easily switch it the day of your appointment. Your esthetician will assess your skin and choose the facial best suited to what it needs.

We start by talking through your skin concerns. Then we cleanse and assess your skin and choose the facial best suited to it — this may include masking, extractions, custom beauty cocktail infusions, light therapy and more. Afterward, we'll help you set up an at-home routine that keeps you glowing.

Absolutely. Just let us know you're expecting so we can use pregnancy-safe products. It's a beautiful way to care for yourself, too.

Microcurrent can't be performed for about 14 days after Botox or fillers. You can still come in for a standard facial — we recommend the Forever Flawless Facial.

Stop using skincare actives (AHA, BHA, retinol, etc.) at least 4–5 days before your appointment. This helps prevent dryness, irritation and skin lifting.

About 1/4" — think of the length of a sprinkle or a grain of rice.

Brows last about 4–6 weeks; skip tweezing between appointments for best results. A bikini or Brazilian wax lasts about 4 weeks; skip shaving between appointments so your hair can get on the same growth cycle.

It takes about 3 waxes to get all your hair on the same cycle. Put down the tweezers and razor and be patient — it's worth it.

No — good news! Over time, waxing actually helps hair grow back finer and softer.

Infrared saunas are very different from a traditional high-heat, high-humidity sauna. Longer sessions at lower temperatures with zero humidity warm your body gently while giving you a deep, satisfying sweat. Clients love it for circulation, relaxation and supporting the body's natural detox and recovery.

We don't have showers at the boutique. Showering before your session helps you "sweat clean." It's best to wait one to two hours afterward to shower, since the benefits continue after your session ends.

A towel or a bathing suit works best. Oils, lotions and perfumes can damage the sauna, so please don't apply them before your session.

We provide towels for every guest. When you arrive, a fresh towel will be placed on the bench and on the floor, and extra towels are available if you need them.

Infrared saunas run at a lower temperature than traditional saunas, so most people comfortably enjoy a 30-minute session. We can adjust the temperature if needed.

Infrared sessions give the best results with consistency. We offer several session packages so you get the most benefit at the best price.

Yes — play music over Bluetooth or the aux cord. We ask that you don't take calls during your session. Better yet, set the phone down and enjoy 30 uninterrupted minutes to let your stress melt away.

Not at all — you can keep your scheduled appointments. Many clients find it soothing. Please note the sauna may temporarily increase flow.

All infrared sauna guests must be 18 or older.

Please talk with your doctor first. The infrared sauna raises your core body temperature, which may affect how your body handles medication.

Eat a couple of hours before your session so you can digest comfortably, and feel free to eat afterward. Drink plenty of water before, during and after — stay hydrated.
