How often should I get a facial?
Every 4 - 6 weeks is ideal. Coming in for routine facials is a great way to heal damaged skin, prevent signs of aging and maintain healthy glowing skin.
I'm not sure which facial to book. Help!
No worries, we've got you covered! All facials offered at Flawless are booked for the same length of time. That means you can book any facial without worrying because we can easily switch it to a different facial the day of your appointment. At your appointment one of our estheticians will examine your skin and choose a facial that is best suited to your skin's needs.
How long is each facial?
Each facial books for 75 minutes.
What can I expect during a facial?
At each facial we discuss your skincare concerns with you. We will then cleanse and then asses your skin. From there we will choose a facial that will be best suited to your skin's needs. This may include masking, extractions, custom beauty cocktail infusions, light therapy, etc. After your appointment we can help you set up an at-home care routine that will leave you glowing!
Can I still get facial while pregnant?
Absolutely! If you are expecting, just be sure to let us know so we can use products that are pregnancy safe. This is a great way to pamper yourself too!
Can I get Microcurrent done after getting Botox/fillers?
No! Microcurrent cannot be performed for about 14 days after getting Botox/fillers. However, you can still come in for a standard facial (we recommend the Forever Flawless Facial)!
Do I need to do anything to prepare before getting waxed?
It is important to stop using any skincare actives (AHA, BHA, Retinol, etc.) at least 4 - 5 days before your appointment. This will help prevent dry skin, irritation and skin lifting.
How long does the hair need to be for a bikini/Brazilian wax?
About 1/4" long is perfect. Think of the length of a sprinkle or a grain of rice.
How long will the results last?
Brows last about 4 - 6 weeks; be sure not to tweeze between appointments for best results. A bikini/Brazilian wax will last about 4 weeks; be sure not to shave between appointments so that your hair can all get on the same growth cycle. *It takes about 3 waxes to get all your hair on the same growth cycle. Put down the tweezer/razor and be patient. It's worth it in the end!
Will waxing cause my hair to grow back thicker/darker?
No! Good news, over time waxing will actually cause the hair to grow back finer/softer.
