Welcome to Flawless Skin & Brow Boutique! We look forward to providing you with the best care in a timely manner. We have created an intimate, warm and relaxing environment: a sanctuary from the busy and stressful outside world. Please know that our spa policies are to ensure that each and every one of our guests will enjoy their experience here at Flawless.

Reservations 

Spa services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We require that you notify us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to change or cancel an appointment we have held for you. All cancellations within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service. To adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy, appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge our 24-hour cancellation policy. 

 

If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel it beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged. For pre-purchased series of treatments, the session missed will be applied toward the series. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

Please understand that we allot a specific amount of time for each service. All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.

 

Etiquette

Please put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our spa, so as not to disturb other guests during their treatment. Additionally, if you need to make a phone call we kindly ask that you step outside.

 

Gratuities 

Our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash or may be added to your credit card. The average gratuity for a spa service is 15% - 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

 

Product Return Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We only offer returns on defective containers; all returns for defective containers must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All sales and promotional vouchers are final sale.

 

Payments

Cash and major credit cards are accepted.
